Wedding bands come in a range of widths and profiles, plain or diamond-set, made to order in gold or platinum. Each one is made at the finger size you give us rather than stretched or cut down from a stock size.

Plain or set

A plain band can be resized free after purchase. A band with stones set around the shank cannot, so size it carefully before you order.

Common questions

How do I find my ring size?

The most reliable way is to have the finger measured by a jeweller, ideally at the end of the day. Failing that, measure the internal diameter of a ring already worn on that finger. Avoid paper strips and string, which stretch and read a size too large. If it is a surprise, borrow a ring they wear on the right finger and send us the measurement — we will help you work it out.

Can the ring be resized later?

Resizing after purchase is free: you cover the postage to send it to us and we cover the return postage. It is not possible on full-eternity rings or on designs with stones set into the shank, because there is no plain metal to work with — the ring has to be remade, and we would quote for that first.

How long will my order take?

Two to three weeks to make, plus delivery. We hold no finished stock — your piece is made after you order, in the metal, diamond quality and size you chose. Production begins once the 24-hour cancellation window closes.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects, for life — a stone lost through a failed setting, a solder joint that gives way, a faulty clasp. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, loss, theft or work done by another jeweller.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

No. Every piece is made to your specification, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Every piece is made to order and dispatched in 2–3 weeks, with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects.
