Choose the carat weight and one of the quality options offered on each product, in lab-grown or natural, set in the metal you choose from those offered on the design. The diamonds are matched across the pair, which takes 2–3 weeks to make, followed by delivery.

Is the stated diamond carat weight for one earring or the pair?
The stated diamond carat weight is the total for the pair of earrings.
What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Both are real diamonds, with the same chemistry, crystal structure, hardness and optical behaviour — a lab-grown diamond is not a simulant like cubic zirconia or moissanite. The difference is origin. In practice lab-grown gives you the same look for a lower price, so the same budget buys a larger or cleaner stone; natural diamonds are rarer and priced accordingly. Neither choice is the wrong one.
What diamond quality options are available?
Where offered, choose from one lab-grown diamond quality option or three natural-diamond quality options. The available choices and their colour and clarity grades are shown on each product page. Engagement-ring centre diamonds are selected separately: choose from the carat, colour and clarity options shown on the design’s product page. Each design has a fixed centre-diamond shape.
Are the diamonds certified?
Centre diamonds 1.00 ct and above are supplied with individual grading certificates. Smaller diamonds are graded in groups and are not supplied with individual certificates. This is the weight of each individual centre diamond, not the combined diamond weight. Exactly 1.00 ct qualifies.
How long will my order take?
Your jewellery is made to order in 2–3 weeks, then delivered to you. Bespoke commissions take 2–10 weeks to make, depending on the complexity of the commission. Delivery follows once your piece is complete.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Every piece is made to your specification, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights are unaffected.
