Fine jewellery has always been defined by the hands that shape it. Wax is carved, metal is cast, stones are set one at a time under magnification — techniques that have not fundamentally changed in a century, because nothing has bettered them. The pieces we sell are made this way, by people who do it for a living.
Made After You Order It
Every piece of Xclusive Diamonds jewellery is made in-house by us. Your jewellery is made to order in 2–3 weeks, then delivered to you. Bespoke commissions take 2–10 weeks to make, depending on the complexity of the commission. Delivery follows once your piece is complete. The following stages are completed in order and checked against your chosen design.
The design is modelled in CAD and adjusted to your size and specification before anything is made.
A wax is grown from the model and cast in your chosen metal — gold or platinum, at your carat.
The raw casting is filed and trued by hand. Edges are cleaned, contours brought back to the design.
Stones are set one at a time under magnification — seated, levelled and secured by hand.
Surfaces are sanded and polished, then the piece is checked against your order before it ships.
Artistry in Every Detail
The details that decide whether a piece looks right are the ones nobody lists on a spec sheet: how evenly a row of stones sits, whether a shank tapers cleanly, how a setting sits against the finger. Each piece is judged on balance and wearability as well as on how it photographs.
Innovation Meets Tradition
The two are not in tension. Modern modelling decides the geometry; hands still do the filing, the setting and the polishing. Used together they give a piece that is consistent to the design and finished to a standard a machine cannot reach on its own.
