Our Story

Every piece of Xclusive Diamonds jewellery is made in-house by us. For collection jewellery: your jewellery is made to order in 2–3 weeks, then delivered to you. Bespoke commissions take 2–10 weeks to make, depending on the complexity of the commission. Delivery follows once your piece is complete.

That is a longer wait than a shop shelf, and we think it is worth it. It means you are not paying for unsold inventory, and it means the specification is yours rather than whatever happened to be in the case.

Lab-grown and natural diamonds have the same chemistry and optical properties. Their origin and price differ. The options offered depend on the design.

Where offered, choose from one lab-grown diamond quality option or three natural-diamond quality options. The available choices and their colour and clarity grades are shown on each product page. Engagement-ring centre diamonds are selected separately: choose from the carat, colour and clarity options shown on the design’s product page. Each design has a fixed centre-diamond shape.

We are a UK business selling direct. There is no showroom floor, no concession fee and no traditional retail markup layered on top of the piece. Prices are available in GBP, EUR and USD and include UK VAT, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and resizing after purchase is free — you cover the postage to us, we cover the postage back. Because each piece is made to your specification we cannot take it back if you simply change your mind, and we say so before you pay rather than after. If something is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
