Care for the years ahead
From checking a setting to assessing a repair, speak to the team who made your piece. We will explain what is possible and agree any charge before work begins.
Have claws and settings checked every 12 to 18 months, particularly on rings worn daily. We are happy to do this.
Manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty; damage and wear are quoted for before work proceeds. Eligible rings and chains can be resized where the design allows. You cover insured postage to us; we cover return postage. Full-eternity and shank-set designs cannot be resized.
