Every letter is made individually rather than cut from a set, so the weight and proportions suit the shape of the letter itself. Designs run from plain polished gold to fully diamond-set.

Metal

Made to order in 9K, 14K and 18K gold. Higher karat means a richer colour and a higher price; lower karat is harder-wearing. The product page shows the metals offered on each design.

Wearing it

A pendant can be supplied on a chain — add one at checkout, and the page names the chain's metal wherever it differs from the pendant's own. Initials are also a common first piece for a child or a christening gift.

Do you make every letter?

Each letter is made individually rather than cut from a set, so the proportions are right for that letter rather than stretched from another. If the letter or combination you want is not listed, ask us — it is the kind of thing we make to order anyway.

What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?

Both are real diamonds, with the same chemistry, crystal structure, hardness and optical behaviour — a lab-grown diamond is not a simulant like cubic zirconia or moissanite. The difference is origin. In practice lab-grown gives you the same look for a lower price, so the same budget buys a larger or cleaner stone; natural diamonds are rarer and priced accordingly. Neither choice is the wrong one.

How long will my order take?

Two to three weeks to make, plus delivery. We hold no finished stock — your piece is made after you order, in the metal, diamond quality and size you chose. Production begins once the 24-hour cancellation window closes.

How is my order delivered?

By insured tracked courier with a signature required, in discreet packaging, anywhere in the UK. You get tracking by email when it leaves us.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

No. Every piece is made to your specification, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Every piece is made to order and dispatched in 2–3 weeks, with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects.
