Yes. Your jewellery arrives in a presentation box, ready to give as a gift, with discreet outer packaging.
Can I include a gift message?
If you would like to include a personal gift message, contact us with your order number before dispatch so we can confirm the arrangements.
Can you leave prices or the invoice out of the parcel?
If your order is a gift, contact us before dispatch to request that the invoice and any paperwork showing a price or valuation are supplied to you separately. We will confirm the arrangements before sending your order.
Made for the personEvery piece is made to order in your metal and size, and made in 2–3 weeks.
Diamond gradingCentre diamonds 1.00 ct and above are supplied with individual grading certificates. Smaller diamonds are graded in groups and are not supplied with individual certificates.
Lifetime warrantyLifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
If the size is wrongFree resizing after purchase (we cover return postage). Rings and chains only, and not possible on full-eternity or shank-set designs.
