What an appointment is for
Everything we sell is made to order — we hold no finished stock — so an appointment is a conversation about what to make, not a browse through a display case.
An engagement ring
Talk through the design and its shape, the centre diamond — lab-grown or natural, and its carat, colour and clarity — and the metal, and see what each choice does to the price.

A bespoke commission
Bring a sketch, a photograph or an old piece. You see your design in 3D before anything is made. Bespoke commissions take 2–10 weeks to make, depending on the complexity of the commission, followed by delivery.

Gold you no longer wear, valued without obligation. Nothing is paid until you have accepted a firm offer made after inspection.
