The Ottavia is a pair of cushion halo studs, built around a single 1ct cushion-cut diamond with softly rounded corners, held high in four slender claws. A close-set halo of tiny round brilliants rings each centre stone, widening the face and lifting the light without adding weight on the ear. Beneath, an open gallery keeps the setting fine and lets the pavilion breathe, so the stones stay bright from every angle. Made to order, with the metal specified to your preference.
