The Devonshire wears its pearls with a little more presence — seven of them across the front, each set between polished caps and separated by a brilliant-cut diamond, with a broader line of stones running round behind. It has the weight and rhythm of a fine line bracelet but the softness only a pearl can give. A concealed box clasp closes it neatly. Made to be noticed without being loud.
